The Reno sister of the famed Circus Circus Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas serves up just as much fun and excitement as the original. The property’s 1,572 rooms and 65,000 square feet of gaming space are complemented by daily live circus performances by top talent from around the world.
Circus Circus Reno offers large rooms, starting at over 350 square feet in its three hotel towers. Decorated in a turn-of-the-century circus theme, the rooms come with standard hotel amenities including writing desks, coffeemakers with complimentary coffee and TVs with in-room pay-per-view movies. Mini-suites, at 541 square feet, include a living room with a pull-out couch and separate bedroom with a king sized bed.
The property boasts a large casino, at over 65,000 square feet, with 60 table games and 1,500 slots. Since Circus Circus is part of the MGM Mirage family of hotels it participates in the One Club players club. This is a major benefit for players, who can earn and spend comps at ten different casinos around the country. Players can simply use their One Club card at any participating casino, earning comp dollars and cashback points that can be redeemed at any of the casinos. Sports fans can place bets at the race and sports book, while poker players can test their skills in daily 7 Card Stud and Texas Hold’em tournaments.
Circus Circus offers six dining options. Steaks and seafood are on order at the Steakhouse. The lively atmosphere of Kokopelli’s Sushi is reminiscent of a traditional Japanese sushi bar. Circus Circus is known for offering generously sized standard rooms, offering beautiful views of the city and mountains from its three hotel towers. Rooms come with either two queen beds or one king sized bed; mini-suites have a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull-out couch. VIP Suites have plenty of space and Jacuzzis in the bathroom; luxuriously appointed Executive Suites are even larger, with wet bars and six-person dining tables. Wireless Internet and in-room movies are available for additional fees.
Circus Circus Hotel Attractions
The Midway at Circus Circus offers 70 arcade games and over 30 old time carnival games to entertain children and adults, located under the Big Top. Circus performers from Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, the Moscow Circus, Acrobats of China and Cirque du Soleil. The free acts go on seven days a week.
