Siena Reno
Located on the banks of the Truckee River, the Siena is a Tuscan countryside-inspired resort, which is sure to please. As one of the smaller properties in town, it offers more personalized service and accommodations, but without giving up any of the benefits of staying at a fine casino resort.
The Siena Reno has 185 rooms and 29 suites, with rooms starting at 300 square feet. From its position on the river’s bank, many rooms have beautiful views of the Truckee. Rooms feature plush furnishings, high quality linens, down comforters and refrigerators. Free wireless or Ethernet Internet access is offered in guest rooms and in the business center. There is an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi on the hotel’s fourth floor. A well-equipped exercise room is also available. The full-service Spa at Siena offers massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and other treatments in its 11 therapy rooms. It offers a number of special packages, including some just for men.
At 23,000 square feet, Siena’s casino is smaller than some, but still boasts the fun and excitement that players expect. Finished in a Tuscan village theme, the casino offers all of the most popular table games and slot and video poker machines. It also holds daily specials, such as bonuses on table games, tournaments, cash drawings and more. The Siena’s rewarding casino players club, the RiverClub, allows players to earn free rooms, food and entertainment. It has three higher tiers for more frequent players, with additional benefits. A small sports book is also provided just off the casino floor, operated by the Cal Neva.
The Siena has some excellent dining options. The Contrada Café serves casino coffee shop fare, with excellent service in a beautiful, airy space. Enoteca is a wine tasting bar, which features live Jazz in the evenings. More than 35 wines are available by the glass, and the menu recommends the perfect wine to complement each dish. Lexie’s on the River is the nicest restaurant at the Siena, offering lovely views of the Truckee River. Steaks and continental cuisine are on order.
Siena Hotel Rooms
With rooms starting at 300 square feet, the Siena hotel offers deluxe accommodations, featuring luxurious appointments and amenities. The rooms continue the Tuscan theme of the hotel, with lovely decorations and custom fabrics. Guests seeking more luxury will enjoy staying on the Floor dei Nobili, an all-suite area of the hotel. Ask for a river view at check-in.
